There was a mixed use lot/maintenance yard next to the camp park in Brisbane a year or so ago that had been for sale/lease for a few years. Hasn't a RV sales lot gone out of business or closed a satellite op.? They will have the size and the wash rack. Sorry not to be more help spit balling, but cocktail hour is into the second hour.
