Immediate Need: A Place To Park, Wash & Dump Bus Toilets

Hey guys,
I’m looking for commercial property in or near SF to buy or lease. I have been working with a broker out of San Mateo for the past year. Still haven’t found the property. Immediate need is a place to park, wash, & dump bus toilets by June 1.
Long term want is same space with building for service. Budget is $2.5M. Problems to this point are: local city won’t permit our use, or price is way past $2.5M. We are prequlified with B of A & have a letter.
I’m looking for a space to lease before June 1. I’m writing you because I don’t know where to start.

Well, let’s see if you came to the right place. Anyone ([email protected])?

  1. Not to be a snob, but isn’t that what the flats (industrial) of the East Bay is for? North of the Hayward Airport is where I would Start. Although it has been a decade since I flew over that area now that I think of it.

If they wants to stay on the peninsula Colma or Brisbane. There was a mixed use lot/maintenance yard next to the camp park in Brisbane a year or so ago that had been for sale/lease for a few years.

Hasn’t a RV sales lot gone out of business or closed a satellite op.? They will have the size and the wash rack.

Sorry not to be more help spit balling, but cocktail hour is into the second hour.

(erased snarky comment about SM RE agents out of their comfort zone)But still managed to leave this, time for another round I think.

  3. I am a senior tenant rep broker at Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco; might be able to suggest a site for you although indeed this is a challenging requirement. More details if you are interested: 415 477-9285 is direct line or [email protected]
