The house is at the end of the pristine “Vals Valley” high (1250 m) in the Swiss Alps. It is located directly beside the world famous Therme Vals by Peter Zumthor on the edge of the village. It combines the proximity of all necessary facilities with fantastic views of the unspoiled nature of the mountains and the valley. Within walking distance are the bakery, supermarket, post office, bank, restaurants and the village square. The free shuttle Therme-Dorf-Bahn stops during the ski season on the lower road. The ski area is tranquil. You can have up to 3000 meter altitude skiing. The house is very private terrace and is surrounded by a spacious garden and a mountain slope of 1,300 m2.

The house – about 160 m2 – is completely buried in the mountainside. It seats up to ten people (up to twelve if at least four small children) and is surrounded by a sunny, large garden with much privacy. A large glass facade opens onto a terrace (60 m2) and offers spectacular views of green pastures (snow slopes in the winter) and mountain peaks.
