  1. Funny how Pereira’s pyramid is now perceived as iconic, when in the 70’s, it was considered to have ruined SF’s skyline. Can you imagine what the hell else there WAS forming SF’s skyline in 1972? Besides Dirty Harry, I guess…

  2. The Eiffel tower was considered to be ruining the skyline of Paris as well, when it was built in 1889.
