There is another useful real estate and mortgage app that you might want to check out, iQualify Pro. It is a new mortgage calculator on the App Store. Has a powerful feature that allows real estate or loan professionals to pre-qualify their clients in seconds based on their income and other factors such as debt ratios. Great app, but need UI improvement.

Talking Open House accuracy, and current pricing, DOM. Just look into it. I don’t recall the exact properties for all of the issues, but I did notice my listing at 2185 Bush didn’t show in your OH last weekend, when, in fact, it was in MLS and certainly Open. I can see that as being very powerful if that is 100% accurate.

Thanks for using the Trulia iPhone app. The data on the app should be the same as the data on the site. If it’s inaccurate on the site, maybe it’s a feed issue. If so, I like to resolve that for you. If you can email me an example, that would be great.
