i don’t get it. are you saying that coldwell banker failed? it looks to me like the agent either changed brokerages and didn’t change the signs or stole the signs.
hey… i have a bunch of home-sanfrancisco signs if anybody wants ‘em (speaking of out of biz brokerages)

@anon: hhmmm, hard to answer that question definitively, but maybe i’ll write about it tomorrow on SF Schtuff. i guess the quick answer is–the brokerage is no longer around, but the home-sf legacy will live forever?!?! kidding. kinda. more tomorrow…

If I was the broker at Exit Realty, I would not be very happy with the agent that did this!
