(Ten and 3 are mostly composed of SFRs.) I looked at something else just now. There were 201 SFR sales in August. Forty two of those were in D 10. And, bought a crap load of financial stocks yesterday morning. GO AMERICA! Let us take advantage of people's fears, and ride gov't bailouts. There are those who do, and those who do nothing and blog! I refuse to become a 42 year old renter! GOOOO AMERICA! Just want to declare that I locked down a $700,000 mortgage this past Tuesday for 5.875% for a 30-yr fixed PMI loan!
