		<description>I&#039;m surprised you take anything the NAR says seriously.  They&#039;ve been wrong in just about every substantial prediction they&#039;ve made since 2005.  This looks like yet another fluff piece... interesting how there&#039;s no mention of where this bailout is going to come from (&quot;government money&quot;) or cost to taxpayers.  All it talks about is the obvious upside to REALTORS®.



If you&#039;re interested in the bailout, I&#039;d recommend Calculated Risk or the FT/Bloomberg/Wall Street Journal.
