I have dealt with them in the past transaction and would prefer not to do so in the future. One of a kind???? Hardly. Look around the area within the block. Most top floor units will have a similar view. I imagine the pics where taken from the roof deck as well. I personally hate this tactic. Most people want the view to be from the day-to-day areas of living, not a roof deck you can only enjoy on the rare fog-free summer occasion. I wouldn't pay $1M for a place that needs a total overhaul and has no deeded parking in a place like Nob Hill i.e. parking hell. The views seem okay, and are the only real selling point, but I'm guessing the bay view is blocked. Not worth the asking price, views or no views. Perhaps at 800K.
