One of a kind????  Hardly.  Look around the area within the block.  Most top floor units will have a similar view.  I imagine the pics where taken from the roof deck as well.  I personally hate this tactic.  Most people want the view to be from the day-to-day areas of living, not a roof deck you can only enjoy on the rare fog-free summer occasion.



I wouldn&#039;t pay $1M for a place that needs a total overhaul and has no deeded parking in a place like Nob Hill i.e. parking hell.  The views seem okay, and are the only real selling point, but I&#039;m guessing the bay view is blocked.  Not worth the asking price, views or no views.  Perhaps at 800K.</description>
