This is a sweet house. I just can’t believe it takes $3M+ to own this place in this part of town? I looked at an amazing Victorian with killer everything about 16 months ago on Waller that sold for $1.8M. Granted it wasn’t as polished as this place, but it was spectacular. Certainly not $1.5M less than this place.
Nice find though and a great example of what SF has to offer the well heel’d

I know this area very well. Do not be surprised if you see houses more than $10M in this area.
