		<description>In 1976, when my folks were looking to buy in the bay area. The house prices in SF were insane compared to the rest of the bay area. I doubt the insanity will leave SF altogether. Sounds more like wishful thinking as you said yourself.</description>

		<description>Not bad, when compared to other areas of the market. Still not a real buyers market, but hopefully the market will fully correct and the insanity will be priced out of these markets. Of course, this could just be wishful thinking unless they discover more real estate in SF.
