great stuff alex! why does it say infinity in the price per square foot column on some of these?

It says Infinity because the places are gigantic. Actually, it says that when square footage is not included. We could have it say 0, but we like Infinity…it’s more fun.
Here is a link to the “new on market” reports which give you an idea of what the “sold” reports are all about without having to enter a password. Our agreement with MLS requires the password on the “sold reports”.
very cool. that 75 folsom deal for 2.5mm looks like a good comp for my place. is that the hills brothers building?
it would be great if you could add additional info to these reports like the selling agent and even the buyers agent so we could start to see who the real players are in this town.
