At any rate, 2008 is gonna be another low volume real estate market, and further bifurcation. So many say 2009 is the rebound… so does that mean everybody will buy in 2008?

I donno, but at the end of the day, if you can get a 5% yield/cap rate, you’re ok.

I sale houses and the market I use went down by about 30%… but now its a buyers market.. i spoke to my friends at http://www.homeinspectionspecialist.com and they informed me that home inspection has not gone down, indicating that there are still buyers out there, they are now more picky and smart about their investment.
