Ahhh, beautiful Alex! I was wondering what the pictures would look like of this place. The broker who sold it sent me a card in the mail that peaked my curiousity. Well priced, and also decent for the buyer too given the location. Is this the lower or upper unit?
I’ve been waiting for a while to see if the 3-4 million SFH homes would come down in price so I can move up. We shall see for 2008!
