We haven’t had the chance to go check out the sales center at 2161 Sutter (between Pierce and Steiner in Lower Pacific Heights) for Caledonia at Post, but we were one of many to get the email announcing the opening of said sales center, and we’re passing it on to you.
Along with the opening, they are, like other developments, for a limited time “offering buyers 2 years paid HOA dues plus up to $5,000 in closing costs.
The units will be Studios, Junior 1-Bedrooms, and 1-Bedrooms. They’re also saying only “24 residences will be available.”
