Not quite sure what their email to me meant by being “one of the first to tour [their] model home” unit #203 (asking $725,000) this Tuesday from 1:30-3:30, since I’d already been in the building sans furniture, but you might like to get in there, so here’s your chance. (I’m assuming the unit is now staged and ready to wow.)
This building, its features like the “European cabinetry”, “Caesar Stone” counters (such a nice change from granite), and their bold use of an actual color (burgundy), not to mention the location, and deck, has made 733 Front one of my favorite new developments. Debate it all you want, I like it. And I really like the zūm llc renderings…can’t wait to get more.

Here we have the floor plan of a one bedroom unit…..and they still call the bedroom the master bedroom, and the bath is a “masterbath”..
come on…when is this lame practice of hyping up a small one bedroom unit gonna stop?
be honest. call it a one bedroom and be done with it…oh, one more thing. that big structural column in the “dining room” aka the dining alcove…is gonna be great for furniture layouts.
there is no dining room.
Testing comments…agree with you duggo. That column is definitely right in the middle of the room..lots of the rooms, but I still really, really liked the building, features, and location.
And I’m glad to see comments are working….and now I see they aren’t working! So annoying.
