a formal appraisal for one of their top units at The Potrero came in at ~ $60K under their asking at the Potrero. however, they are not budging from their asking. Meanwhile, they’ve announced a firesale and condo prices are dropping steadily throughout SF. The sellers / developers are in never-never land
